  1. Exchange and Refund Policy

    At Spark Super Mart, we value our customers and strive to provide smooth exchange and refund services. Below are the details of our policies:

    Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
    To qualify for a return or refund, the item must be in its original condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is also required, and the purchase date must not exceed 7 days.

    Damages and Issues:
    We strongly advise inspecting your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. To support your claim, ensure you record a video while opening the parcel. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returned items. Note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

    Non-Returnable Products:
    Products damaged by the customer are not eligible for returns unless video proof shows that the damage occurred before delivery. Additionally, items purchased during sales (e.g., Eid, Summer, Winter, or Stock Clearance Sales) or orders with discounted articles or discount codes are not eligible for return or exchange.

    Exchange Policy:
    To exchange an item, first return the product you wish to replace. Once the return is approved, you can purchase the new item separately. Please note that a fee of 35% of the previous invoice or parcel value will be charged to cover processing and administrative costs for the exchange.

    Refund Policy:
    Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected. If the refund is approved, 35% of the original amount will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be transferred to your chosen payment method. Refund processing times may vary and can take 10–15 days, depending on your bank or Credit Card Company.
